So while we were at the comic book store yesterday, I saw this pretty awesomely posed Michael Turner SuperGirl statue on display. SuperGirl has always been one of those characters I could take-or-leave… Much like a lot of DC, I can’t make heads-or-tales of her continuity. But I dig her latest costume – the whole cheerleader thing. And I was inspired, so I drew and colored this up as a warm-up the other morning.
Incidentally, I’m also selling off a crap-load of old stuff on eBay, including toys and mostly video games and a few with art included! (There’s also a brand new 2008 sketchbook.) |
